Eligibility Requirements:
- For the purpose of this category, manufacturer builder is defined as a builder who manufacturers homes in a facility.
- Builders must submit for at least one (1) other projects in a New Home Construction, Home Renovation or Best Rooms, Spaces and Outbuildings award category.
- This category cannot be entered by either a custom builder or a production home builder.
